A random survey of 300 people in Washington, DC and Chicago, reveals that 2 out of 3 (66%) cannot correctly spell the name of the potential future President of the United States.  OTP is currently producing a documentary entitled Believe: The Barack Obama Story that will enlighten viewers about Senator Obama’s extraordinary life and career.

Beginning Sunday, Nov. 9, TV One will premiere an original, five-hour special chronicling the unforgettable moments, cultural movements and personal achievement that have advanced the black race and helped change the course of American history over the past century in The Blacklist: 100 Greatest Power Moves. Arsenio Hall, the groundbreaking television host who literally changed the face of late-night television, will host the special, which will air over five consecutive nights, covering 20 “Power Moves” each night, culminating with the top 20 — and the #1 moment — on Thursday, November 13.

2008 Bank of America Atlanta Football Classic Schedule Announced

Tennessee State and Florida A&M Universities to square-off for 20th anniversary of “The Classic”

With the new theme “History Happens Here. Play Your Part.”, a full slate of activities and events promises to offer something for everyone. Ticket prices for “The Classic” start at $10 and are on sale now at www.atlantafootballclassic.com, the Georgia Dome ticket office, www.ticketmaster.com or the participating schools’ ticket offices. Proceeds from the game serve to fund the 100 Black Men of Atlanta’s Project Success initiative; a youth development program that stresses academic achievement and career guidance.

It’s where the city of Atlanta decided to build what would become some of ATL’s most notorious and impoverished housing projects. The zip code 30318, for 30 years was thought to be the zip code to fill Georgia’s jail and prison system. Iron tough is about to be defined on stage in Atlanta.
